Whistle Blowers

by Administrator 11. June 2009 02:24

When you find that the company you work for, or an employee of the company, is doing something wrong, it is your duty to report those actions. Unfortunately, there are some cases in which the company will retaliate against you for it.

Often, whistle blower situations involve illegal practices on the part of the company or an employee of the company. When you report this to your superior or a government agency, there should be no action taken against you. If there is, your employer is at fault again.

If you or someone you know has been in this situation, contact the Houston employment attorneys of the Ross Law Group at 800-634-8042.
