Sexual Harassment in DPS

by Administrator 5. May 2009 04:25

The director of the Texas Department of Public Safety, Col Stanley E Clark, has resigned after sexual harassment allegations were brought against him. A female supervising officer recently brought up her own complaints and those of others.

Col Clark allegedly blew kisses to one of the women and hugged and kissed others while they were in uniform. He also inappropriately touched some officers in other ways such as ear rubbing and waist grabbing. The DPS has expressed regret about the situation and is looking for a replacement.

If you have been sexually harassed at work, contact the Houston employment attorneys of the Ross Law Group at 800-634-8042.
