Ruling Puts Firings Under Scrutiny

by Administrator 16. April 2009 04:27

The wrongful termination suit of two former employees of the Texas Youth Commission after a sexual abuse scandal has been ruled in their favor. This could mean a great deal for more than 100 workers who were also fired.

Another trial is pending to see if the two women will receive damages or get their jobs back. The other employees who were fired or forced to resign may also have suits.

If you or someone you know has been wrongfully terminated, contact the Houston employment attorneys of the Ross Law Group at 800-634-8042.
