Houston company, Triple B Cleaning Inc has been accused of illegally taking action against a whistle blower. The employee in question asked for personal protective equipment for dry cleaning duties, but was denied.

Afterward, the employee went to the press and was subsequently fired. Triple B Cleaning settled the case after the employee filed a suit and the US Department of Labor got involved. The company has paid the former employee $30,000 for lost wages.
