Court Improperly Granted Class Action Status

by Administrator 28. April 2009 05:30

In 2004, an age discrimination case was brought against 3M Co. The case ended with the court granting class action status to over 4,900 current and former employees.

However, a Minnesota Court of Appeals has said that the court erred in it decision. As such, the case has been sent back down to the Ramsey County District Court. There, the case will undergo further proceedings.

If you or someone you know is suffering workplace discrimination, contact the Houston employment attorneys of the Ross Law Group at 800-634-8042.
