Can you take legal action if your employer is not paying you overtime?

by Administrator 12. March 2010 04:55

Many individuals work more than 40 hours at their job each week. In most cases, when they work more than 40 hours, they are guaranteed overtime payments.

The terms of the overtime paymets will often be outlined in the employee contract and will typically be an additional payment on top of their hourly wage. In some cases, however, employers fail to pay their employees for earned overtime pay. When this occurs, employees should take action against their employers by hiring an attorney.

If you or anyone you know is not being paid for earned overtime pay, contact the Houston overtime dispute attorneys of the Ross Law Group at 800-634-8042.
