Age Discrimination Suit in Firing of Strip Club Waitress

by Administrator 14. May 2009 03:00

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a lawsuit against a Houston based strip club in the name of Mary Bassi, a former waitress. Bassi was fired from the strip club three years ago at the age of 56.

Bassi was popular with her customers and sold a lot of liquor, performing her job more than adequately. However, she was fired and replaced with younger waitresses. Bassi, now 59, is currently working for another strip club. The EEOC is continuing her case.

If you have been discriminated against at work, contact the Houston employment attorneys of the Ross Law Group at 800-634-8042.
