Conspiring in the Workplace
Most workplaces are environments of equality. Many employee and employers can communicate at a level that is productive for the company or institution. When a person is conspired against, this level of communication and respect is broken and the relationship will only degrade over time.
Most individuals feel welcomed into a new work environment and are respected by their peers. It is after the initial few months of employment that he or she may experience unprofessional attitudes towards him or her. If he or she is unaware of some of the communication that takes place while at the same time feeling harassed or forced into certain situations, he or she may be a victim of conspiring in the workplace.
Employer and Employees vs. Employee
When an employer decides to gather certain employees under his or her authority to perform a certain way in front of a single employee, then those involved are conspiring against that employee. The same goes with information withheld. Some employers may instruct employees to treat an employee a specific way in order to coerce him or her into resigning.
Employees vs. Employee
Some employees may decide to pass blame to a single employee in order to get him or her in trouble or fired. It is not uncommon for employees to implement a plan in order to embarrass the victimized employee and make him or her feel undesired in the workplace.
